It has a solid and sturdy structure with 2 spreading rolls, fed by glue dosing tanks in grinded steel with ground profile and micrometric glue regulation.

Spreading rolls are rubber covered with grinded surface.

Standard grooving can be modified according to the customer necessities and to the glue used.

The FSC is the classical machine for simple working; it’s normally used in small production and where requests about glue application are not so strict.

It can be equipped with MIXER (automatic device to feed multi-component glues) or with automatic single component glue feeder.

It can be also cooled by our external device CRIO, by means a specific predisposition of the spreading rolls.

The FSC is produced in standard dimension of 1.300 and 1.600mm, with possibility to adapt the width to the customer needs.
