In its standard version it allows only the top spreading and its favourites application fields are all gluing processes where are not required the highest performances of the HGS.

GS_H base equipment includes:

• double motorization with geared motors;

• spreading and contrast roller with anthiadhesive rubber covering;

• top dosing roller in steel;

• high efficiency heating of top rollers through diatermic fluid;

• electronic variable speed;

• covering hood for connection with suction system;

• electric system based on high quality components;

• safety and protection devices in according to CE norms.

GS_H model can be also equipped with:

• spreading roller in steel, chome plated;

• wheels on track for cleaning operations;

• Teflon treatment on infeed plan and outfeed grid;

• motorized infeed and oufeed rollers;

• motorized thickness adjustment;

• automatic thickness positioner;

• UV lamp to visualize glue application.

Special configuration will be evaluated with our Tech Office, to reach customer's requirements.
