This pre-dipped resin material "prepreg" is used for lay-up composite products in the backend stage.  The process is, first, guide the fiber to pass through the Tension Control System and Dipping Roller respectively, which completely immerses the fiber into the resin. Second, the fiber passes through several Drain Rollers to control the resin content (RC). Third, the fiber is wound onto the release paper covered drum. Finally, the wound sheet is cut through the Angle Groove and pulled out for drying as a prepreg sheet.
